Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup Whole Grain Brown
1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.2 cup Tomato

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Mix all ingredients together (except pepper), then stuff contents into pepper. Then cook in oven.
