Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

16 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
16 oz Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
3 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
3 cup Tomato Soup

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Cut top off peppers and remove seeds. Mix meat, rice and egg together in a bowl. Add spices as desired. Mush together. Put meat mixture into peppers. If any remains just make meatballs. Put soup in a pan and add equal amount of water. Place peppers in soup. Cook until peppers are tender and meat is done.
