Stuffed peppers with chicken, spinach, hatch green chilies, smoked mozzarella

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 orange bell pepper
1/2 chicken breast, chopped
3/4 cup spinach, steamed
1 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup green chiles
1/4 cup mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. saute garlic and chicken in skillet until cooked.

  2. stuff pepper with this mix.

  3. steam/cook spinach, and stuff pepper with this.

  4. place hatch green chilies on top, with mozzarrella.

  5. bake in over 15 mins.
