Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers

4 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
0.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 oz Tomato Paste

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers

  1. cut top and clean out ppper; boil peppers for about 10 minutes

  2. brown all other incredientst together and stuff into drained pepper
