Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 lb 95% lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup brown rice
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
4 red peppers

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Brown ground beef with peppers and onions. Drain all fat and wipe excess fat out of pan. Add brown rice, garlic and tomato sauce. Seed peppers & then fill with mixture. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until peppers are tender.
