Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1/4 cup Salsa, Chi-Chi's Medium
15 1/2 ounce Kidney beans, Green Giant canned dark
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 ounces corn kernels, frozen
1/4 cup onion
15 ounces tomato sauce, canned
1 cup cooked white rice
8 medium green pepper
3/4 pound ground beef, 10% fat, cooked
1 1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of cheese & peppers.

  2. Stuff peppers.

  3. Arrange peppers in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours.

  4. Sprinkle on remaining cheese during last 30 minutes of cooking.
