serving = 3 peppers over 1 cup of pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed peppers

12 banana peppers
1 pound lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
12 ounces canned pasta sauce
4 cups cooked noodles

Recipe Directions for Stuffed peppers

  1. Mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and half of the cheese together.

  2. Clean and remove the seeds from the peppers and cut a slit lengthwise.

  3. Stuff the meat mixture into the peppers.

  4. Place in a shallow cooking dish and cover with the pasta sauce.

  5. Add the remaining cheese to the top.

  6. Cover and bake for 60 min. at 350.
