Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

4 red bell pepper
1 cup brown rice
1 lb ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Combine cooked ground beef, rice, tomato sauce and spices. Stuff bell peppers and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Optional: top with cheese
