Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers

4 yellow peppers
1 lb lean ground beef
22 oz canned tomato
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers

  1. mix together cooked rice and raw chop meat.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  3. cut tops off peppers and clean out middle

  4. fill peppers with meat mixture

  5. put all peppers in a pot and top with crushed tomatoes or tomato puree

  6. cook on low for 3-4 hours or till meat is cooked and peppers are soft
