Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

4 green pepper
3 eggs
2 tbsp worcestershire
1/2 cup brown rice
1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp onion
2 cups pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. Boil water and add peppers for 5 mins...cool under cold running water

  3. mix 1.5lb ground beef. Add beaten eggs and remainder of ingredients

  4. Bake 1hr 10 mins uncovering last 20 mins
