Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Peppers stuffed with hot italian sausage, rice and feta cheese! Mmm!

Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers

4 green peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 green onions
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
2 teaspoons basil
100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
2 spicy italian sausages
2 cups rice

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers

  1. cut peppers in half and de-seed

  2. place cut side down on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 25 miniutes

  3. cook sausages in frying pan, cut into small pieces

  4. cook rice according to rice directions

  5. chop green onions and fry in oil for 3 minutes

  6. add seasoning and stir

  7. add cooked rice, feta and sausages. Stir

  8. Fill peppers with rice mixture. Return to hot oven for 5 minutes.

  9. serve
