Green peppers filled with rice and ground turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1/2 c rice
1 1/2 c Prego spaghetti sauce
12 oz ground turkey
2 cloves garlic
1 t italian seasoning
1 green pepper
1 oz grated cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook rice according to directions on package.

  2. Brown ground turkey.

  3. Add garlic and italian seasoning.

  4. Slightly steam green pepper in a small amount of water.

  5. Add sauce to ground turkey. Add rice to mixture.

  6. Fill green peppers with mixture. Put extra into baking dish. Top with grated cheese.

  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
