Peppers stuffed with meat and cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

10 oz beef
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
11 oz cream of mushroom
8 green pepper
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. cut tops off peppers.

  2. mix ingredients with tops of peppers, chopped.

  3. spoon in filling

  4. bake at 275 for 40 minutes and then 325 for 20 minutes
