stuffed peppers with rice and ground turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 c long grain rice
1 1/2 c tomato sauce
1 lb ground turkey
1 large green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 t italian seasoning
3 T chopped onion
3 oz grated cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook rice according to the directions on the package.

  2. Brown the turkey with chopped garlic and onion and spices.

  3. Add the sauce and rice to the meat mixture and stuff the pepper half.

  4. Put remaining mixture into a casserole.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
