Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

8 oz ground turkey breast
1 cup rice, cooked
2 red bell peppers
8 ounce tomato sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 pinch salt
2 pinch pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. -preheat oven to 350 degress

  2. -cook onion in pam

  3. -add in ground turkey and cook until no longer pink

  4. -Remove and discard the tops, seeds, and membranes of the bell peppers. Blanch peppers for around 3 minutes until soft

  5. -Arrange peppers in a baking dish with the hollowed sides facing upward

  6. -mix rice, turkey/onion, most of the tomato sauce, W sauce, and seasonings

  7. -stuff that mix into peppers

  8. -pour remaining sauce over peppers

  9. -Cover and bake around 30 minutes, removing cover and adding cheese if you want for the last 5 minutes
