Turkey and sun dried tomato stuffed peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1 1/4 lbs Ground Turkey
1 small zucchini
2 oz sun dried tomatoes
2 oz grated parmesan cheese
1 large tomato
1 medium onion
4 green bell peppers

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Cook turkey in pan, add chepped onion, tomatoe, zucchini, sundried tomatoes, cheese, stuff into hollowed out peppers and bake at 375 for about 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
