Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

6 green peppers
1 pound lean hamburger
2 cups tomatoes, diced
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 cup Brown Rice, instant
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Brown hamburger and boil peppers for 5 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients to hamburger, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add cheese and heat till melted, then put mixture into peppers, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
