Have to add 2 packages of frozen Boca ground burger, but the recipe finder wouldn't find it. Also, should add some favorite spices to flavor it up.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

10 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
1 1/2 cups Salsa
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 cup Shredded Cheese
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. MIX ground burger, corn and salsa in large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add rice and 1/2 cup of the cheese; mix well.

  2. SPOON burger mixture evenly into pepper halves; place in 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour water into dish; cover with foil.

  3. BAKE at 400°F for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
