Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

4 bell peppers
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup rice
1 egg
15 oz can tomato sauce
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dried basil
4 potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
2 cups frozen green beans

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cook Rice

  2. Combine meat, rice, egg, seasonings

  3. Halve, core and seed peppers

  4. Fill pepper halves with meat mixture.

  5. Pour tomato sauce over stuffed halves.

  6. Bake 45 mins @ 350.

  7. Boil potatoes, mash with butter and milk.

  8. Nuke green beans.
