Peppers stuffed with ground turkey instead of beef

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

16 oz Turkey
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1 1/5 cup Brown Rice
5 slice Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Mix turkey, tomato sauce and rice together

  2. add salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano to taste

  3. Put mixture into 8 half green peppers

  4. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes
