Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

1.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
3 oz Onion Soup Mix
6 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
36 oz Tomato Soup

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Mix hamburg, fresh pork, rice and onion soup mix together.

  2. Stuff peppers with mixer

  3. Cover with tomato soup and bake on 350
