3 green peppers
6 ounces lean ground turkey
3/4 cup tomato sauce
0.37 cup cooked white rice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

Brown ground turkey. Add mushrooms, cooked white rice and tomato sauce. Fill peppers. Cook at 350 degrees until peppers are tender.
