Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers

6 bell peppers
8 oz canned green chilis
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup cilantro, fresh
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp. cumin, ground
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers

  1. Mix all ingredients besides peppers.

  2. Cut off the tops of peppers and set aside.

  3. Fill peppers, place in pyrex baking pan, and return tops to peppers.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
