Recipe Ingredients for stuffed peppers

4 green peppers cut in half
1 pound ground turkey
16 ounces tomato sauce
2 cups of brown rice

Recipe Directions for stuffed peppers

  1. cook rice

  2. add meat and 1/2 the tomato sauce to rice

  3. stuff peppers

  4. top with rest of sauce

  5. cook 350 degrees for 1 hour
