I threw this together and it turned out great

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed peppers

20 oz Ground Turkey
6 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
12 oz Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Stuffed peppers

  1. sautee turkey meat

  2. cook veggies for 3min only

  3. add turkey, veggies, rice and cheese together.

  4. place inside peppers (you can use any color)

  5. Cook at 350 for 20min
