Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers w/Quinoa

4 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 cup Quinoa Organic
4 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup Diced Tomatoes
4 2 tsp Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1/4 cup ChefStyle Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers w/Quinoa

  1. Cook Quinoa as directed.

  2. Cook garlic and onion.

  3. Brown meat.

  4. Mix tomato, garlic, onion, beef and Quinoa.

  5. Remove stem end from peppers a remove seeds.

  6. Cut bottom so pepper will set up, but not so far it cuts into the'bowl'. Steam peppers for 15 minutes.

  7. Fill peppers with about 1 cup of mix. Heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, top with cheese and return to oven until melted.
