Takes a bit to make but super easy and great to freeze individually for a quick meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers- ground turkey

6 green peppers
1 1/10 lb ground turkey
1 small onion
1 cup brown rice
16 oz. tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers- ground turkey

Cut peppers; boil 3-4 minutes. Boil Rice; Brown Meat, and onion and garlic together. Put 1/2 cup tomato sauce in the onion/meat mixture. Add rice...brown all together. Stuff peppers and top with red sauce. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
