Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers w/ ground Beef

1 lb Beef, Ground, 75% Lean Meat
1 cup brown rice
2 medium sweet red peppers
1 large onion
1 packet dry onion soup mix
354 g pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peppers w/ ground Beef

Mix ground beef, chopped onion, onion soup mix and rice along with 3/4 c sauce and browned meat. Cut peppers in half length wise and clean. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Place in a casserole dish and cover with remaining sauce. Use spices or herbs to taste. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hr or until meat reaches 170'.
