Stuffed peppers w/Brown Rice & Quinoa

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed peppers w/Brown Rice & Quinoa

6 green bell peppers
1/2 c. diced onion
1/3 c. quinoa
1 1/3 c. brown rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded cheese
28 oz. diced tomatoes
1 c. water
1 tbsp. worcestershire
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for Stuffed peppers w/Brown Rice & Quinoa

  1. brown ground beef with onions

  2. add water, tomatoes, quinoa, worcestershire, parsley and simmer for 20 minutes

  3. stuff peppers

  4. sprinkle with cheese and pepper

  5. bake at 350 for 30 minutes
