Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed pepper with tuna

3 oz red pepper
2 oz tuna
1/8 tsp peppercorn
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Stuffed pepper with tuna

  1. Cut top off 2 peppers and slice one side from top to bottom

  2. remove seeds

  3. mix tuna, peppercorn, cumin, garlic and rosemary

  4. stuff peppers
