Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pepper Soup

1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
6 oz tomato paste
3 tbsp brown sugar
28 oz beef broth
1/2 cup brown rice, cooked

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pepper Soup

  1. Brown beef in butter, add veggies

  2. Add in tomato paste and sugar, mix well

  3. Add broth and simmer for an hour, adding cooked rice about fifteen minutes before serving!
