Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pepper soup

411.09 grams Diced Basil Garlic and Oregano Tomatoes
1 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
16 oz Tomato Juice
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 cup Beef Broth
3 cup(45 g) Mahatma Jasmine Enriched Thai Fragrant Long Grain Rice

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pepper soup

In large pot, brown ground beef and season with salt. Drain fat and add peppers, onions & garlic. cook 5 min. over low heat. Add tomatos, juice, beef broth and pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Sear 1/12 cups of soup over 1/2 cup of rice or combine all to thicken the pot.
