Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pepper Soup

1 cup Quinoa
16 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
2 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
4 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pepper Soup

Brown and season turkey, drain and then add all ingredient (along with a chopped onion and 3 cups of water) to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Quinoa will cook in broth.
