16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
29 oz Tomatoes
9 grams Garlic
1 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1.75 cup Tomato Sauce
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pepper Soup

  1. 1. In a large, deep frying pan brown beef until no longer pink. Drain extra grease if necessary.

  2. 2. In same pan, on medium-low, add peppers, onions and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes until peppers are tender.

  3. 3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken broth to pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
