Stuffed peppers with turkey, onion, celery, and tomato

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed pepper

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
100 grams Oven Ready Turkey
0.2 medium Onions
0.2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Stuffed pepper

Cut top off pepper and wash. Cook all other ingredients. Add taco seasoning or chili powder. Stuff pepper, bake at 190C for 20-25 minutes. Can top with cheese before baking if desired
