Green Pepper stuffed with hamburger and rice

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pepper

2 green peppers
10 ounces tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 lb hamburger

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pepper

  1. Cook Green Peppers until tender

  2. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water for rice

  3. Brown Hamburger

  4. Put green peppers in pan and set oven to 350

  5. Mix together rice, hamburger and tomato sauce

  6. Place mixture in each green pepper

  7. Pour part of the can of tomato sauce over green peppers
