Delicious filling for stuffed peppers or to eat by itself.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pepper Filling

2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
16 oz Ground Turkey Lean
6 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pepper Filling

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Brown turkey in skilled with 1 tbsp garlic and 1 tbsp Mediterranean/Greek seasoning.

  3. Drain, pour into mixing bowl.

  4. Add egg whites, brown rice and feta. Mix well.

  5. If stuffing peppers, do this now and place peppers in a baking dish. Fill dish a quarter full with water and bake for 20 minutes.

  6. If not using as pepper filling just place the mixture in 8x8 pan sprayed lighted with oil and bake for 20 minutes.
