Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Pepper Cassarole Recipe

2 cups brown rice, cooked
8 ounce mozzarella cheese
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
15 ounce tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Pepper Cassarole Recipe

  1. Cook 2 cups brown rice until tender.

  2. Grate 8 ounce mozzarella cheese.

  3. Saute pepper, onion, and tomato until tender.

  4. Mix rice and tomato sauce in saute pan until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly and hot.

  5. Transfer to baking dish and top with cheese. Bake on 350 until cheese is bubly and golden brown.
