Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Peaches

4 peaches, halved, peeled and stoned
2 tbsp mascarpone cheese
3 tbsp fat-free fromage frais
1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
10 g caster sugar
55 g raspberries, fresh
1 tbsp almonds, toasted, flaked, to decorate

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Peaches

  1. Put 2 peach halves, cut side up, on 4 serving plates.

  2. Mix together the mascarpone cheese, fromage frais, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Fold the raspberries into the cheese mixture.

  4. Pile the mixture into the peach helf cavities, dividing it evenly among the peaches.

  5. Sprinkle with flaked almonds to decorate and serve immediately.
