Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Paratha

2 potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red peppers
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Paratha

  1. Boil potatoes, then peel and mash. Add peppers, cumin, salt and black pepper.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour with some water until it forms a dough. Then roll out the dough, add the mixture to the middle and cook in a skillet.
