Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed onions 3 onions

3 large Onions
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Half and Half Cream
1 1/2 cup Ricotta, Whole Milk Cheese
2 package (10 oz) Spinach
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp oregano
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Stuffed onions 3 onions

  1. Boil the onions until tender.

  2. Mix the spinach, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Mix the cream, tomato sauce and oregano and heat.

  4. Stuff the onions with the cheese and spinach mixture, and cover with sauce.

  5. Bake in a 375F oven until the edges are golden brown (approx 45 minutes).

  6. Serve with rice.
