Stuffed babybella Mushrooms - so yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

2 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
1 cup Spinach
15 grams Creamy Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

Finely chop stems from mushrooms along with spinach and tomatoes. Mix in ceasar dressing. Scoop out middle of mushroom and place a small amount of mixture inside. Top with mozzarella and parmesean cheese and cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
