Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

3 cap Portabella Mushroom Caps
16 oz All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage
3 serving Green Onions
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 clove Garlic
1 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. brown sausage, added garlic, seasoning and green onions. cook for about 5min.

  2. pour a little olive oil over the mushroom caps

  3. stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture

  4. bake in oven at 350 for 10min or until cheese is golden
