Recipe Ingredients for stuffed mushrooms

1.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 slice Country White Bread
0.25 cup 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese No Salt Added
2 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for stuffed mushrooms

Toast the bread low and slow to make breadcrumbs with. Set aside. Pull stems out of caps of shrooms and chop up fine. Saute in the olive oil with the onions and garlic til soft and fragrant. Cool down. Add the breadcrumbs and cottage cheese to make the filling. Save a little breadcrumbs and sprinkle on the top. Bake at 400 for 20 mins
