Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

1 link Lean Turkey Italian Sausage
8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
0.5 onion Yellow Onion
6 oz Parmesan Shredded
0.75 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
2 cloves, raw Garlic
500 grams Food You Feel Good About Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Take mushrooms and rinse off lightly and place on paper towel to dry.

  2. Remove stems from mushroom leaving a complete mushroom cap.

  3. Sautee up sausage in pan.

  4. while Sausage is cooking finely chop half of mushroom stems, garlic and onion.

  5. Once sausage is cooked, place in large bowl and combine chopped ingredients, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs with meat. Mix well.

  6. Thouroughly stir in room temperature softened cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Once all ingredients are combined take tablespoon and fill mushroom caps with filling.

  8. Either spread olive oil on cookie sheet or you can spray with pam, or line with tin foil.

  9. Place stuffed mushrooms on cookie sheet and sprinkle with fresh parmesan for added appeal.

  10. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Each serving is 2 mushrooms. Enjoy
