Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed mushrooms

1/5 box Stuffing Mix
8 ounce Mushrooms, Portabella
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
1 2/5 grams Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Stuffed mushrooms

Clean mushrooms. Use leftover stuffing and heat with a tblsp. water. Stuff mushrooms and grate mozzarella over top.Drizzle oil over top of mushrooms and bake at 376 for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
