Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

24 medium mushrooms
20 jumbo green olives
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 pound bacon
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried minced onions

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. 1. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and fry until brown. Remove from heat and drain. Cool completely.

  2. 2. Combine olives, mayo(or 8 oz of cream cheese), bacon and parmesan cheese. Pack spoonful of mixture into each mushroom.

  3. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 7-10 minutes.
