Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

12 large mushroom caps
1/2 cup mixed greens, chopped
4 tbsp Onion, Chopped
2 slice Strips Turkey Bacon
1 oz Fat Free Feta Cheese (oz)

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Chop the ingredients up small

  2. Take the stems off the mushrooms

  3. chop mushroom stems

  4. mix in with stuffing mixture

  5. scoop into the mushroom caps

  6. sprinkle top with Feta

  7. Bake on 350 for 30min.
