Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

12 medium Mushrooms
3 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 tbsp chopped Chives
2 tbs Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
0.33 serving Delallo Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
1.5 serving Giant Gold Toasted Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside. Chop stems, reserving 1/3 cup (discard remains or reserve for another use).

  2. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chives, mayonnaise, reserved mushroom stems, and vinegar; add 2 to 3 drops of hot pepper sauce if desired. Mix well.

  3. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray; stuff with crumb mixture.

  4. Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
