Great appetizer. Dont eat too many!

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms

12 whole mushrooms
1 tblsp vegetable oil
1 tblsp minced garlic
8 oz low fat cream cheese
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tblsp melted butter

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Clean out mushrooms and coat with butter

  2. Cut stems up really fine

  3. Heat Oil in skillet ad add chopped mushrooms and garlic.

  4. Fry until moisture disappears

  5. Set aside until cool.

  6. Stir in cream cheese and parmesan cheese and spices

  7. Fill caps and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
